History
The historic “Green Store,” dating from about 1780, has been a general store, a post office and a hat factory. In the early years ministers from the area held services upstairs on Sunday afternoons. In 1916 the Chapel Association bought the building and since the following year it has been used exclusively as a church. Spiritually, its roots trace back to the Welsh Revival of 1904.
Today
Community Bible Chapel exists to worship God, promote the study and preaching of God’s Word, seek the salvation of souls and support the preaching of the good news of Jesus Christ throughout the world.
